Twitter Town Hall to #FlipTheScript

We partnered with She Should Run to #FlipTheScript on the sexist coverage women face on the campaign trail and in elected office. Independent Women’s Forum, Krystal Ball of MSNBC, Ms. Foundation for Women, and Feminist.com share our belief that female candidates shouldn’t be faced with double standards and irrelevant commentary. We joined together for a live town hall on Twitter to answer six important questions in hopes of changing the landscape for women in pursuit of political office. The hour-long event featured more than 275 individuals, over 1,450 tweets, and 15 million impressions.
