Across the county, resources are available to women interested in running for office, working on political campaigns, or holding appointed office. Groups as diverse as Kentucky’s Republican Women’s Roundtable, the Women’s Campaign School at Yale University, and the Richard Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series are propelling women into American politics.

With support from Hunt Alternatives Fund, our partners at Rutgers University’s Center for American Women in Politics have identified the full spectrum of resources available to women who want to run for office. This map—the first of its kind—became the inaugural project of Political Parity in spring 2010. Explore the resources map »
